The Hopdale Approach
The programmes may be as varied as the organisations we support but the steps to success are the same.
Tightly define the challenge to be addressed
What is the problem we need to solve?
Define success criteria
What is our definition of done? How will we know when we are there?
Build a high performing team or identify key stakeholders for collaboration and review
Create clarity of purpose – ensure diversity of thinking – set a high bar.
Define a communication plan; communicate with and engage all stakeholders
Ensure feedback loops are in place and working well.
Review and adapt – stay agile
Are we delivering what our customers need? – we course correct as needed but the definition of success remains the focus.
